General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your information (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.  2. Accuracy of Information We are committed to ensuring that details regarding our breedings, policies, pricing, and availability are accurate and complete; however, we are not liable if inaccuracies occur due to typographical errors or other discrepancies. We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions and update information at any time without prior notice.  3. Purchases and Payment When purchasing a puppy from Witchy Woman’s Wiener’s, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your choice. Full payment must be made before the puppy is released to its new owner. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the transaction process. 4. Health Guarantee Witchy Woman's Wieners provides a health guarantee for all puppies adopted from our program. New owners are responsible for initial veterinary checks within 48 hours post-adoption to validate our health guarantee.  5. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Witchy Woman’s Wiener’s shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from any part of the Service.  6. Amendments We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on this page.
